Baby's Heartbeat
I was anxious for this mornings appointment. I knew that there was a possibility that we wouldn't hear the heartbeat as it could have been too early or what not. I let my doctor know about my anxiety and I am thankful I have such a wonderfully calm and patient doctor. It didn't take much work for him to find the baby's heartbeat and it was such a beautiful noise. It was reassuring and put me at ease.

I remember that moment. It is amazing how you love the baby so much already, huh? Hearing the heartbeat just makes it that much more real. Welcome to mommyhood!
